We offer a variety of Yoga Classes, heated and non-heated including Jimmy Barkan Method of Hot Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Kids Yoga. Classes range from gentle to vigorous.
Our clean, warm and inviting yoga studio features soft lighting, soothing decorative water fall, and inspiring musical accompaniment to many of the classes. All our instructors are certified, and dedicated to inspire and support you in finding the exact alignment in each yoga pose that is right for you. As we energize and revitalize all systems of the body, emotional and spiritual health follows.
We are located in NW Broward County, we serve Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, and surrounding communities.
