The roots of our asana (yoga pose) practice trace back to Calcutta, India, including Bikram Yoga , Hot Yoga , and incorporate elements of styles like Iyengar, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa and more.

Located in NW Broward County, we serve Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, and surrounding communities. Our clean, warm and inviting yoga studio features soft lighting, soothing decorative water fall, and inspiring musical accompaniment to many of the classes. All our instructors are certified, and dedicated to inspire and support you in finding the exact alignment in each yoga pose that is right for you.
