Jim Borsellino has been practicing and teaching yoga in South Florida for nearly 20 years. Certified by Bikram Choudhury in 1995, Jim served as the Director of Bikram's Yoga College of India in San Francisco from 1996 to 1998, and then returned to Florida and worked as a principal instructor at Bikram's Yoga College of India in Boca Raton. Jim is also a student of and instructor for nationally renowned Yoga teacher Jimmy Barkan, and is a senior teacher at Jimmy's world famous teacher training (www.barkanmethod.com).
Since 1987, Jim is a practitioner of the ancient meditation technique Kriya yoga, as taught by one of the preeminent spiritual figures of the twentieth century, Paramahansa Yogananda, founder of Self-Realization Fellowship (www.yogananda-srf.org). Yogananda's Autobigraphy of a Yogi is regarded as a worldwide classic of religious literature, an unparalleled presentation of the depth and breadth of the science of yoga.
