NON HEATED CLASSES

Yoga for Healing

Join us as we gently guide you through your practice. Open, strengthen and de-stress while returning the body to a natural state of balance and peace. Excellent for beginners, students recovering from injuries, physical or emotional pain, or chronic illness. All levels.

Gentle Yoga

This class is structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps may be used for safe practice. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension physically, mentally and emotionally.

Slow Flow

Appropriate for students with a basic understanding of yoga and those wishing to intensify the practice and understanding of internal and external forms of the practice. Sun salutations, inversions, full back bends and bridge pose may be included in this class.

Healing Yin Yoga

Open your body and mind as you slowly move into poses and hold them for several minutes at a time stretching the connective tissue around the joints and releasing the fascia throughout the body. Benefits of yin practice include calming and balancing mind and body, increased mobility and flexibility, lowering of stress and anxiety levels, relief from migraines and TMJ. All levels.

Back to Basics

Focus on conscious breath work, proper body alignment, balance and kindness while practicing asanas (poses); the finely tuned keys to achieve the maximum physical, mental and emotional benefits of your yoga practice. Great for beginners and experienced students.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

 

Yoga en Espanol

¿Nuevo en el yoga? ¡No te preocupes! ideal para el aprendizaje básico. Plantea un enfoque de la alineación del cuerpo y la conexión de cada movimiento a la respiración. No  hace falta tener conocimiento de la terminología del Yoga. Aprenderás a posicionar tu cuerpo mediante Asanas (posturas) paso a paso.

 

HEATED CLASSES

Hot Vinyasa

Incorporates asanas (poses) into a continuous flow style in a heated room which allows for a deeper release and helps avoid injury. This vigorous class combines upper body strength, flexibility and a cardiovascular workout. Postures may be practiced at different ability levels. Our trained instructors will help you find the best modification for your personal practice making this a suitable class for all levels.

Warm Slow Flow Yoga

Appropriate for students with a basic understanding of yoga and those wishing to intensify the practice and understanding of internal and external forms of the practice. Sun salutations, inversions, full back bends and bridge pose may be included in this class.

Warm Gentle Yoga

This class is structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps may be used for safe practice. Warm Core Yoga

A balanced Hatha class with a focus on the core. Target your power center by strengthening your abdomen, buttocks, pelvic floor and hip flexors. Explore how breath work supports and strengthens the core while calming the mind and allowing you to relax, restore and renew.
